Wood GrainingMoggerhanger Park is a Grade I listed Georgian Country House. The house has undergone extensive restoration in keeping with the 1790-1812 plans of architect Sir John Soane, who rebuilt the house. Wood GrainingThe Entrance Hall (at this time) was predominantly wood-grained, unfortunately much of this had been lost with only about a quarter remaining which had undergone previous conservation. The remit of the project was to reinstate wood-graining to the walls and ceiling in keeping with the original.

The entrance hall, with a shallow dome, has been restored to its wood-grained finish, making a warm prelude to the airiness beyond.
